I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I know we sure did, so much so, the pictures I took were just few and far inbetween the laughing and eating. I didn't do a decorative spread this year being that it was just the four of us. So, this year was truly untraditional. But it was a nice laid back and relaxing holiday, and I enjoyed that.
The hubster went hunting, like soon after dinner. lol
I always have a hard time sleeping on the first night of his hunt. You would think after 12 years, I would be use to it. But after the first night I'm good.
Don't ask about that Posted sign...just don't ask:)

I usually don't go shopping on Black Friday, but this year I did a little bit. I mainly needed to go to Hancock for patterns..EASY patterns. (smile) Then the kids took over, asking wheeennn are you going to get our material for our blankets..mom it's on sale half price so get it..Karohn goes, I'll chip in on mine because I want you to make one for a friend also.
*Side Note and Eye* Dude, you don't work full time, where are you getting the money to chip in..just asking. Anyway, I decided to get Michael's material later, I know he likes LSU, I also want to do one for Kuyler his roommate (that's leaving Troy for the Marines). I also went to Michaels for inks, stamps and shaped boards. My total purchases was more material than anything.
Anyway, here is what I purchased.

Now on to a couple of LO's

The LO of Aaron was a sketch from Pink Paislee. I will be using this LO again. I can't say what all I used..ummm because I forgot. I know I used some My Minds Eye paper and Jenni Bowlin products and a Jillibean tag.
For Karohn's LO, I went really simple. Using the letters that came attached to the cardstock paper and adding stock paper, a rustic brad, and vintage postcard paper cut to size with journaling on the back.

Well that's all for now. I have a couple more LO's I may post later. And I am also following
Tim Holtz 12 Tags of Christmas..Love this guy's work!
