I love the vintage look of this card. And of course you know who will receive this card right?? *smile* This is my version of a masculine valentine card.I have a couple of new stamp sets and I was very eager to put them to use. It's a mix of Pink Paislee stamps and one of the wedding sets by Making Memories. I also used a miniture print script stamp by Glitz to stamp my background on the kraft card base.
With this card, I'm still creating basically from my scrap stash. Since I dove into my beads and begin crafting, I found these pretty little asian inspired beads and added two of them to my decorative pin.
LOL @ the torn segment at the bottom of my mat...that was totally UNintentional. I was so busy distressing away and talking to Aaron that I ripped the paper. So, I just went with it and ripped it a bit more, then inked the edges and the torn piece to match the distressed edges.
I love everything about this card, I just wish I had more of that paper to create a duplicate...darn

Great card. It used to drive me crazy if my cards weren't absolutely perfect...glad I got over that!
