Mostly all of the supplies used are from my Swirlydoo's kit (I can't remember but I think it was an October kit). I almost hated to use it, everything was so pretty.
Products used: PTI Kraft cardstock, Glitz Vintage blue stripe and vintage blue polka, lace, Distress stickles in tattered rose and shabby shutters, TH distresser, Studio G ink, Kaiser Craft Coconut paper blooms, Prima yellow and cream roses, scroll, K & Co metal keys, Prima color crystals, Unknown floral leaves, and Recollections Pearl clusters
I've been toying with adding these letters or purchasing more to use instead. The letters are Heidi Swapp's Lemonde stand chip in white. I used some Joann's brand acrylic paint to tone down the white and distress ink on the edges, then added some distress crackle paint in rock candy. I haven't glued the letters down yet, still trying to decide if I like those letters with this LO or not. Next..remember the flower necklace peek I did a couple weeks ago?
Well I've worn the darn thing and forgot to take pictures for the update. As simple as it was and as simple as I thought it looked, people kept asking me where I got it from and saying they like it *smile*
I think the flower was the toughest part for me, for some reason I think my fabric glue has lost it's power. It just wouldn't hold it's form--UGH!! But in the end I forced it to work out.
Supplies: Silver chain, rope clasp closure (oops forgot to take a pic of that), jump rings, beads and felt. I so adore my felt choice, it's called denim and it seemed a bit thinker than your normal sheets of felt. I think the color is great also.Happy Crafting!
Love the layout. Love how you did the flower cluster and keys. You need to do more layouts, love them. That neckalace is so pretty. I can see why you got so many compliments.
